Meet the Team

Adam has deep roots in the Chicago roofing market, having worked in the commercial roofing industry since 2006. Prior to founding Capstone Materials Group in April 2022, he worked as a commercial roofing estimator for four years before going to work for GAF as a Commercial Territory Manager where he spent 13 years, developing relationships and servicing clients of every customer channel in the Chicagoland and Northern Illinois area.

 He is active in the local chapters of both IIBEC and the Chicago  Roofing Contractors Association.  Adam’s knowledge of commercial roofing coupled with his well-rounded experience in the industry is what makes him a valuable partner and extension of your team. Adam is a lifelong resident of Schaumburg where he lives with his wife and three daughters. 

Tom joined Capstone Materials Group in October 2023 bringing 12 years of industry experience. He got his start in Chicago as an Outside Sales Rep working for one of the top 3 Roofing Distributors. As he

continued to progress through his career, he gained experience and knowledge of distribution channels, and developed key relationships with Chicagoland Commercial and Residential contractors. In his

previous roles, he has gained experience working as a Manufacture Rep for Residential and Commercial product line.

Tom graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management, with certification in Entrepreneurship. In his free time, Tom loves spending time with his

family, exercising, and doing projects around the house.
